NOE HAPPINESS Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Noe Happiness, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied, our Return Program offers a fast, easy, and premium return experience within 14 days of delivery.


2. Eligibility

This Return Policy applies only to purchases made on the official Noe Happiness website.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • In resalable condition

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Limited-edition drops
  • Made-to-order items
  • Intimate apparel (unless faulty)

3. Return Program Timeframe

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a Return request.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted under this Return Policy.


4. How to Use Return Portal

To start your return, follow the steps below:

  1. Log In
    Go to 
    Return Portal or access “ Make Return” in the website footer.
    Log in using your order name and email ID.
  2. Select Your Order
    Choose the order and the specific item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Choose Return Type
    Select the Return option.

Note: We currently do not offer exchanges for global orders.

  1. Provide Return Details
    Enter the reason for return and upload a clear image of the item.
    A short description of the issue is also required.
  2. Select Refund Method
    Choose your preferred refund option (e.g., original payment method or store credit, depending on your region).
  3. Confirm and Submit
    Review all details carefully and click Submit Return Request.
    You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been successfully submitted.
  4. Prepare Your Package
    • Place the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include any accessories, tags, or documents received with the item.
    • Ensure the return label (if provided) is attached clearly.
  5. Return Shipment
    • Our support team will provide shipping instructions or a prepaid return label (if applicable).
    • Drop off the package at the designated courier location.
    • Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
  6. Refund Processing
    • Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Additional Information

  • Noe Happiness reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Returns received without prior approval through the Return Portal  may not be accepted.
